With the explosion of online photosharing, photoblogging, photopodcasting, and the overwhelming growth of digital photography, many new relationships have been established. Flicker regional groups meet together. The ZooomrNation exploded during it's short hybernation. Many digital photographers simply need an opportunity to get together to mentor and be mentored.
PhotoCamp is just the place for excited digital photographers to come together.
Purpose:
To facilitate an event that brings together passionate photographers from varying photographic disciplines.
Goals:
Structure:
Two day event.
* Day One: Friday afternoon arrival.
o Meet & Greet at community center
+ Share pre-project photos.
+ Immediate short term assignment.
# 30 minutes to shoot a theme/topic.
o Dinner on our own.
o Evening/Night shoot
+ Moon?
+ City Lights?
+ Time-delayed shooting?
* Day Two: Saturday.
