Decide on a cap for event - 100 people
Set up event on Eventbrite and monitor registrations (Cliff)
Set up a poll so we can capture initial information at registration (Cliff)
Decide on fee for the event ($10?)
- Someone in charge of space allocation in advance - and to coordinate with second person who facilitates session schedule on the morning of the event

Arrange technology (Scott)
BlankSpaces will provide:
- A 15M DSL connection that covers 40 people
- Wireless mic system (please check)
- A T1 available that could be used.
- 2 installed data projectors in 2 rooms
- Standard whiteboards and glass-walled offices that can be used as whiteboards
We need:
- An additional router to cover 60 people, and to coordinate set up with BlankSpaces tech people.
- 3 projectors (Cliff, Lisa, and _____ )
- 3 stand-alone screens (Colleen, __________, ____________)
- Someone to be in charge of photo documentation of event
- Someone to handle youstream.tv, other Video Audio Streaming or Stickam or Skype
Arrange for food and physical facility (Colleen) (And a volunteer for each task)
- Someone to set up sign-in table, print out Eventbrite in advance
- Rent, pick up and drop off 40 chairs from Pico Party Rentals
- Extra trash bin and recycling bin
- Get volunteers for set up
- Get volunteers for clean up
- Order, pay for, and pick up coffee/drinks/water & morning snacks. Cooler, ice, cutlery, etc.
- Order, pay for, and pick up lunch
- Order, pay for, and pick up afternoon snacks
