SlideShare is proud to present PresentationCamp SF, modeled after the BarCamp format.

We will find some expert speakers to discuss a few of the topics above. We also think a peer feedback workshop would be helpful to many people to improve their presentation skills and slide decks.

 

Registration

We are doing registration via eventbrite at presentationcampsf.eventbrite.com and will be staggering ticket releases. Ticket releases will be announced via our blog at blog.slideshare.net and the SlideShare newsletter. We will ask for name and the e-mail address associated with your ticket order at the door. If you have more than 1 ticket under the same order please show up together. You don't need to print out a ticket, we're trying to go as paperless as possible.

To receive the newsletter, just register a free SlideShare account and opt into the newsletter during registration. If you have a SlideShare account already, you can double check you're opted in by signing in and clicking "My SlideSpace," "Edit Profile," and then "Set Email Notifications." There is a check box for ' Send me the Slideshare newslette' around the middle of the page. 

We are charging a registration fee for tshirts and to help get an accurate count of attendees. We are limiting registration so we don't want turn people away, only to have a bunch of no-shows. If you register, but cannot make it, please let us know via eventbrite so we can open up your space.

We are excited that other presentation camps are already being proposed. Check out our google group for all the action. We're trying to figure out what's the best way for us to help and support these Presentation Camps.
