We are looking for a NYC location that can hold approx. 250 people in a main room and has 4-5 breakout rooms. Ideally, the space can be donated or at a reduced rate to minimize expenses.
Here is how you can help:
• Suggest a space at your company or that you have been to. If you just know of a fantastic location and can’t help us get it, please let us know. We can then seek out an appropriate sponsor.
• Suggest a sponsor. If you know of someone who might be willing to sponsor the location, provide contact information or an introduction. Do you know someone affiliated with a NYC university or a product executive?
• Sponsor the event. If you or your organization can provide the facility, definitely let us know.

Although this event carries a small fee for attendees, the cost of food, paying for facilities, and other stuff. We need some money. Hey, nothing is completely free. We'll publish more about this later. We are only accepting sponsorship money from organizations that do not offer training or consulting.
Rather than having pre-scheduled speakers, everyone who is interested in leading a session provides a brief (that's about a minute) pitch in the morning before we start. Attendees then vote and those sessions receiving the highest votes are put on the schedule and groups form for intense learning. Click here to propose a session or topic and view topics that will be held during Product Camp NYC. Similar to other Product Camps, we are looking for a variety of sessions - roundtables, workshops, and panel discussions are welcome! So share a best practice, talk about how a particular methodology works in the real world, or present and discuss a hot topic on the minds of product managers and marketers.
And don't forget - upload your session or an introduction to your session on our Brainshark portal. Attendees can then view what your session is about prior to the event and your chances increase for being selected!
