Announcing ProductCamp RTP, May 22, 2010 - Share In The Innovation!
In the spirit of BarCamp, ProductCamp is a collaborative, user organized unconference, focused on Product Management and Marketing. At ProductCamp there are no "attendees", since everyone is an active participant in some way: presenting, leading a roundtable discussion, sharing their experiences, helping with logistics, securing sponsorship, setting up wifi, or volunteering. ProductCamp is a great opportunity for you to learn, share, and network with professionals involved in the Product Management, Marketing, Program Management, and Development in the Research Triangle Park area. Register today to participate and share in the innovation!
We’re soliciting new topics and discussions at this ProductCamp RTP. Participants, please submit abstracts on new areas, including:
1) Working with sales teams
2) Leveraging communication and team work
3) How to leverage social networking to increase communication internally within your company
4) Challenging the status quo
5) How to innovate within your organization
6) Making strategic decisions
7) What makes up a good roadmap?
8) What else do you want to hear? Agile development (Ok, it is always relevant), working with marketing, presentation skills, what else?
Why the focus on new areas? The feedback from ProductCampers is that there has been too much focus on Agile Development and working with Engineering and the group wants to hear and share knowledge in new areas - meaning they are being successful leveraging what they are hearing and learning at ProductCamp! You can always add session abstracts on Agile Development and working with Engineering as well.
