5:30-6:30pm  Sign-in, Networking Happy Hour, Final 2 Sessions Voting - Gabriel’s Café

6:45-8:00pm  Two Presentations - Classrooms 101 & 103

8:00pm -??    Q&A & Networking Happy Hour - Gabriel’s Café

 

In this economic climate, networking is critical.  ProductPotluck and ProductCamp bring out the best and the brightest professionals in the Austin area in a collaborative environment.  Plan on bringing a stack of business cards, and making connections into companies you're interested in.

Presentation Topics

Keeping in the spirit of ProductCamp, we are applying some of its success factors (let the market decide what they want to hear, everyone participates) to the process of selecting sessions.  Here is the process:

  1. Select two topics for the PPA meeting:  Oct 21 topics are Marketing and Product Strategy
  2. Solicit session proposals from attendees.  Proposals should be sent to ppa@productpotluck.org.  Last day to submit is Friday October 9th.  All session proposals will be posted on the ProductPotluck wiki.  Please submit the following information:
    1. Topic Area (Marketing or Product Strategy)
    2. Session title and description
    3. Presenter names & brief bios (<100 words)
    4. Session Type (presentation, roundtable, workshop, panel, etc.)
  3. Monday Oct 12 through Friday Oct 16 - Registered attendees can vote for two sessions (one from each topic area). 
  4. ProductPotluck Wednesday October 21 - The Top 4 sessions (two for each topic area) will participate in a final run-off during the pre-ProductPotluck networking Happy Hour in Gabriel’s Café.  The Final 2 sessions will be announced and will run in parallel in Classrooms 101 and 103.
