Following WikiSym2005 we agreed to convene a BarCamp-like event on wiki in Portland, Oregon, USA February 3-5, 2006 to provide yet another great space for the community to gather for work and play! We use OpenSpaceTechnology more than TheRulesOfBarCamp, to create as open and accessible an event as possible. The resulting synergy was palpable - coding, an improvised video of the event, creative games, energizing conversations about society & code, and connection among people that are still growing.
