Technorati Tip: Find a tag that doesn't have many blogs associated with it and use that tag on your own blog to find your niche. The fewer the people that use that tag, the more likely someone is to find your blog when people search for that tag.
"Next big thing" Tip: Find a person that is important in any given industry and use RSS feeds to track what they're looking at/writing about. Examples: Use Del.ico.us to see what an investor/CEO is looking at to see what he's researching/might be investing in soon.
