Aim :
Pour cet évènement je vais surtout m'occuper d'une logistique minimale : les espaces sont réservés ; il y a du wifi partout et ouvert ; 3 vidéo projecteurs fixes et 2 mobiles, tables et chaises, nombreuses prises électriques.
Comme nous serons les seuls ce jour-là, on peut avoir 5 espaces atelier de 15-20 personnes chacun. Je n'aurai pas le loisir de prévoir des pizza ou des goodies... on pourra toujours improviser les pizza si nécessaire :)
Il me semble que pour une première réunion, on pourrait se fixer des objectifs modestes : faire connaissance, comment anime-t-on la communauté du web sémantique, comment prépare-t-on le prochain rendez-vous (peut-être plus ambitieux), comment promouvoir le web sémantique en France, etc.
Comme on a pas mal de temps on pourrait partager l'évènement en deux partie : une plénière de 2 heures visant à se connaitre et une deuxième partie dédiée à des ateliers si nous sommes nombreux et s'il y a lieu.
