Fix DOPA

 

DOPA, the Defense Against Online Predators Act is intended to prevent sexual predators from going after kids on Myspace. But it is written so broadly that it could ban any tool with a profile feature and user-generated client from schools and libraries, including Wikipedia, Flickr, Technorati, Blogger, Moveable Type, and so on.
