• Auditorium - The 4,600 square-foot auditorium is a single-level, multi-purpose, dividable, high-tech room with a maximum seating capacity of 380 people.
• Meeting Rooms - State-of-the-art AV technology, wireless Internet connection, modern furnishings, warm wood accents and a window and door accessing a patio in several CRs make these rooms highly sought-after meeting venues.
• Atrium - MaRS’ sweeping Atrium is available after business hours and on weekends for events. The Atrium’s dramatic four-story glass hall is ideal for corporate receptions, cocktail parties, dinners, presentations and product launches.

Ryerson University

• ILLC available through Conference Services with their rates
• POD250 aka The Commons is available through the Facilities Department
• There is a lot of bureaucracy, different groups, depending on location for catering, facilities rental, technology support, but they are generally good.

CBC Conference Facilities

• Main Boardroom - 1,500 sq. ft. Aprpoximately 50-150
• Barbara Frum Atrium
• Rates vary but are about ~$800/day for Main Boardroom + amenities

Air Canada Centre

• Venue Rentals a variety of rooms for upto 500 people
• Plus we can rent the ACC ice for only $5k/hour

Other Facilities

• The Drake has room for about 100 in the Underground and more on the patio
• The Gladstone Hotel has great event and conference space
• Harbour Front Centre has some community space
• Atlantis Pavillion at Ontario Place
• CN Tower has venues for up to 1,500 people
