By sponsoring TransparencyCamp you're providing much needed funds to support this community. The organizers will help you get your message across both in person and online via the following means:

  1. Inclusion on the RSVP (logo and link)
  2. Inclusion in all email updates to attendees (usually 4-5 emails, includes logo and link)*
  3. Rights to market your product/service/organization on site in any way that doesn't put too much burden on the organizers or venue (simple table tops, literature, banners etc.), and is not disruptive to attendees.
  4. Sponsors can do 2 minute introductions prior to sessions (i.e. 45 min. talk on using APIs for mashing-up government data - ABCD.org does 2 minute intro on what they're up to in that space)
  5. If you want to do something different, we're flexible! In-kind sponsorships are always welcome (if someone wants to provide breakfast, lunches etc.)
