Welcome to TweetCamp!
What is a TweetCamp? An informal unconference style event, run over 48 hours, of non-stop engagement, interaction, and fun!
Following on the success from #twestival and #twinterval, and meeting people, and missing friends, and fellow twitterers - it feels like we need to have more time to catch up with folks, and drift in and out of conversations..
Right now, TweetCamp is but an idea, a possibility of what it would be like to have an OpneSpace, for Twitterers..
Now, as in BarCamp style, the floor is open..
Who would like to come? Who would like to Sponsor? Who has ideas, or suggestions for a format? Let's crowdsource an idea, if anyone else would like to join in and participate..

Express your interest below in the format of Name/Twitter ID - what you're interested in - what you have to offer & contacts with venues, sponsors and date/time suggestion
- Farhan Rehman/@magitam - Interested in meeting more of the people I speak with on twitter in person - I can help organise and facilitate the event
- Richard Azia/ Warzabidul - Interested in meeting more twitter users
- Grant Bell/@grantbell - Meet more people!
- Jag Gill @jagusti - put faces to names, hear cool ideas, bring the backchannel into the foreground. Can help with organising. I would suggest a central UK location, such as Sheffield (not that I'm biased!), the weekend after Easter (18-19 Apr 2009).
- Mauricio Reyes @reyes - like the bio says: "Mobile, Web and new n'shiny stuff."
