Welcome to TweetCamp!
Follow @tweetcamp for the latest conversations.. You can also express your interest by joining our Facebook Group, and join the discussion by commenting on the blog.
What is a TweetCamp? An informal unconference style event, run over 48 hours, of non-stop engagement, interaction, and fun!
Following on the success from #twestival and #twinterval, and meeting people, and missing friends, and fellow twitterers - it feels like we need to have more time to catch up with folks, and drift in and out of conversations..
Before you come spend a lot of time, see what you like about it and how it can be part of a lifestyle rather than a work tool. The more conversations you will have had on twitter the more fun it will be to finally meet these people in person.
Right now, TweetCamp is but an idea, a possibility of what it would be like to have an OpenSpace, for Twitterers..
Now, as in BarCamp style, the floor is open..
Who would like to come? Who would like to Sponsor? Who has ideas, or suggestions for a format? Let's crowdsource an idea, if anyone else would like to join in and participate..
Suggested Date & Time:
Location: London/Sheffield/Bangalore/Chennai
Sponsors:
What could we use a TweetCamp for? Suggest topics, themes, ideas or activities that we could do during the TweetCamp
Express your interest below in the format of Name/Twitter ID - what you're interested in - what you have to offer & contacts with venues, sponsors and date/time suggestion
