10-11 Opening Great Debate Panel - Something designed to rapidly get
lots of issues on the table rapid fire that starts with a few notable
attendees known for getting to the point with audience participation.
11 - 11:15 - Short Break
11:15 - 11:30 - Rapid Intros of Everybody
11:30 - 12:15 - The Wall - People write on 8x11 pieces of paper what
they would like discuss/learn about. And post on the wall,
facilitators will start clustering similar ideas.
12:15 - 1:15 - Box Lunches - Major themes clustered and people given
post it notes to vote what they are most interested in. Sessions then
placed on grid over two days with larger interest groups assigned
larger rooms. Eye to avoiding similar sessions at the same time as
well as having a mix of how-to and strategy policy sessions.
