10:30 - 11:00 - Rapid Intros of Everybody - Name, Org, Place, Three Words

     Example:  Kevin Curry, co-organizer of City Camp, Virginia Beach, VA, "open my city"

11:00 - 11:15 - Break

11:15 - 12:00 - The Wall - People write on 8x11 pieces of paper what they would like discuss/learn about. And post on the wall, facilitators cluster similar ideas. Major themes clustered and people given post it notes to vote what they are most interested in. Sessions then placed on grid over two days with larger interest groups assigned larger rooms. Eye to avoiding similar sessions at the same time as well as having a mix of how-to and strategy policy sessions.
