How to use templates

BarCamp is an ad-hoc gathering born from the desire for people to share and learn in an open environment. It is an intense event with discussions, demos, and interaction from attendees.

Where TokyoHackerSpace, Shirokanedai, Tokyo          

this is an overnight event, please come prepared to be up, active and doing stuff for basically 24 hours!

We are looking for food sponsors for Sat. lunch/ Sat. snack/ Sat. Dinner/ Sunday Breakfast, and Sunday lunch

 

Schedule

Day 1

  • sign in start at 12:00 noon (organizer set up from 9 am)
  • Lunch upon arrival, hopefully box lunch or simple buffet
  • Afternoon 1pm sessions start- 1-3pm session 1/ 3:30-4:30 session 2/ 5-6 session3/ dinner prep.
  • Dinner from 6:30- 8pm
  • Lounge room Movie #1 and discussion and Project room, hands on electronics and soldering both after dinner
  • Movie #2 ? Other projects?
  • Midnight Gaming/ board games/ electronics games? other? in lounge room
  • Software Hack-fest in project room? webfest?
  • Evening/Party/ music/ other?

Day 2

  • Make your own Belgian Waffle Breakfast (chris and lauren sponsoring)
  • Craft sessions in Lounge room
  • Harware/softare session in Poject room
  • Planning session / brainstorming for Joint ART and Elec. future projects
  • Lunch
  • House clean up
  • wind down, and afternoon movie.
