This session was on how to "disrupt" suboptimal IT practices in NYS through improving recruitment, retention, and management of NYS programmers, including by use of Agile software development methodologies. This session was lead by Scott Stalker a database developer at the NYS DMV and Adjunct Professor of Computer Science at The Sage Colleges, and also Annmarie Lanesey, co-founder and President of Greane Tree Technology which does agile software development.
