As they grow playlists in our music library you can group them in folders and subfolders in iTunes. One of the easiest ways to create playlists is using smart lists, which are nothing but playlists in which the characteristics required files, such as an artist or a date and program are defined select all items in the library that meet these characteristics. BeaTunes I used to optimize my library, automatically remove duplicates, correct incorrect tags years, etc, but sometimes fails to apply the changes. My problem is that I have several backups, I still have a couple of questions: I use win 7 and tag scanner, really works very well, and all my files are sorted and named at least by artist - album, but itunes does not recognize these metadata on all files, cannot tell which version tag scanner to record the information for itunes read it correctly.

My other problem is that I have my library in mp3, organized http://www.duplicates-gone.com alphabetically in folders, not by artist, and when I acquire new music distributed in different folders I find it difficult to find to add to the itunes library song by song, flat will be more easy to let itunes organize my library and recognize if I add new things or is there another way?
