There is a lot more to a BarCamp than the presentations. We still need:

 

  • Someone for each room to podcast the presentations (equipment required too) (Drew Robinson - will not attend, but will supply a MiniDisc recorder and related equip.)
  • Official photographer for each room (Chris Quinn, Kate Raynes-Goldie, Miles Burke)
  • People to setup, and clean up afterwards (Simone van Hattem, Pascal Wijnberg, Kate Q, Sue Cook)
  • Someone to take videos (equipment required too) (Simone vH (can make videos on digi camera if needed))
  • People to do general gophering on the day (Simone vH, Kate Q, Matt Didcoe (morning at least), Sue Cook)
